The amount of cost reduction caused by an ERP system is mainly determined by the amount of time that the system saves. After all, Time = Money. Having this vision, the Business Momentum experts have added numerous new screens to Be Orange. All this screens are meant to process data faster, and more efficiently.
Product Selector
With most ERP systems, the documents 'Header' (general data) and the 'Lines' (actual content) are composed in two seperate screens. Composing a document with many lines can therefore become a very time-consuming action. With the 'Product Selector' screen, you can select multiple products from a list in a single screen, and attach the onces selected to the document. So now you can search, select and adjust all lines of a document in one screen. This will result in an increased user overview, and an decreased amount of human mistakes.

E-mail out
A lot of documents (quotations, order, shipments, invoices etc.) are being send by e-mail nowadays. With the Be Orange 'E-mail Out' screen, documents can be exported to .pdf files with a single button. In this screen, users can choose predefined templates, which will be adjusted to the correct language automatically, for the e-mail as well as for the attached document. The contact details will be filled in automatically and can be edited directly, if nessaccery. When sent, the e-mail including the attachment, will automatically be archived with the concerning record in Be Orange.
